In 2016, CedarKnight established a charitable incorporated organisation called The CedarKnight Foundation with a view to providing grants to charitable causes throughout England and Wales. The Cedarknight Foundation raises its funds from across the group of companies owned by Kenyon Abel and Gilly Uppal.
The aims of The Cedarknight Foundation are to further such exclusively charitable purposes for the public benefit according to the laws of England and Wales as the charity trustees shall, in their absolute discretion, determine.
The trustees consider applications from other charitable organisations or individuals for specific grants.

The CedarKnight Foundation is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales under charity number 1170162. The registered address of the charity is 50 Greek Street, London, W1D 4EQ.
The CedarKnight Foundation has appointed CedarKnight Limited to act as its service agent. CedarKnight Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and all personal data is handled in accordance with CedarKnight’s data privacy policy.
